Joe Kelly

Chief Executive Officer

In 1997, Joe founded his first company Business Network Consulting, Ltd (BNC) in Denver, Colorado,  which provides IT infrastructure consulting services to medium sized businesses.   Seven years later after BNC had become one of the fastest growing companies in the nation and one of the top 100 privately held companies in Colorado, BNC expanded to Texas via an acquisition.  In 2008 Joe founded Legal Workspace, a private cloud solution focused exclusively on the legal market.

Now as the founder of Cybercompliance Partners, Joe is leveraging his 28 years of experience in the IT consulting and cyber security space to deliver IT services for DOD contractors.

 

Splitting his time between Dallas and Denver, Joe is a passionate entrepreneur who is constantly looking to leverage technology to make it easier for organizations to do business.

Kevin France

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Kevin is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations as well as piloting strategic direction and initiatives. He oversees everything from operations and human resources to contracts and marketing.

Kevin’s professional experience includes leading tech-based organizations at a senior level and developing strategic partnerships to implement technologies that can be integrated into the private sector, including development of multiple patents. Kevin holds an MBA, graduating with honors from Regis University, and a BSc in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Colorado.

Ray Champagne

IT Services Manager

Ray is the IT Services Manager at Cybercompliance Partners. He is responsible for the CP Service Desk operations, as well as managing the Dallas engineering team and our sister business, BNC.

Ray started his career in IT as a software developer and parlayed his passion for directing high-functioning teams into a career in IT management. Ray is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, holding a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.

Hometown: Hampton Falls, NH
Weekend Amusement: Road tripping in the summer, watching the NFL in the winter, and whatever technology side project he’s got going on at the time.

Shaun Catlin

IT Services Manager

Shaun is the IT Services Manager at Cybercompliance Partners. He is responsible for the Dallas engineering team, it’s clients and customers in the Texas region. Shaun started his career in IT as an Engineer in law firms and has since progressed to directing and managing large teams. Prior to arriving at CP in 2024, he was performing day to day operations for small MSPs in the Atlanta market and acted as vCIO for many companies. Shaun holds board positions at various non-profits in the Atlanta area. He is fluent in Thai and English and has A2 fluency in French and Spanish. Shaun is a graduate of KSU in Business Administration and holds a MBA in Cyber Security from Harvard Extension School.

Weekend Amusement: Long hikes on the Appalachian Trail, finding out of the way waterfalls, traveling to remote beaches, and anywhere there’s amazing food.

Sales Manager

Kenny has dedicated his professional life to helping business accelerate their growth through technology. Kenny’s career started in the advertising technology space, where he quickly found a passion for technology that powered the world. Kenny has worked with Fortune 100 companies to SMBs across various verticals and is always chasing the next best technology to bring to market to better serve his customers.

Kelli Krieg

Finance Manager

Kelli is a seasoned finance/accounting professional with over 3 decades of experience in managing financial operations and guiding strategic financial decisions. Her expertise lies in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to drive financial performance that align with Cybercompliance Partners’ goals and objectives.

Will Edmonson

Marketing

Will touts over 15 years of marketing experience, coming from the agency world into his role at Cybercompliance Partners as an in-house marketer. His background focuses on digital marketing with experience in SEO, paid search, and content strategy. From optimizing our website’s performance to harnessing the power of digital advertising, Will is instrumental in propelling CP forward.
